Please note that ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.  We are unable to issue any refunds once you place your order.   If your plans change, we will be happy to TRY to accommodate your new plans.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your rental property is available and there are no government restrictions in place that will prevent you from staying at that property.   Thank you for your understanding.

All white products are washed and sanitized thoroughly in hot water and bleach.   Blankets and beach towels are washed in hot water.   Further, by the time they are delivered to your property, they have been sitting untouched for several days, far longer than the estimated 3-4 days the virus can survive on soft fabric.

If renting for more than one week, without a change of sheets and towels each week, the additional weeks are priced at 50% of the first week.
If a weekly change of sheets and towels is desired, please place separate orders for each week.

On Your Arrival Day

We will deliver your linens any time between 9 AM and 6 PM.   We are unable to honor requests for specific delivery times.
If no one is at the home, we will leave the linens outside the home in an appropriate location.
If the location is not obvious, we will leave a note or will call you.
If you have any questions, please call the office number and leave a message.   We will return your call as quickly as possible.
Please check your linens right away to make sure you got everything you ordered. 
If we have made any mistakes, call us right away and we will make it right!   If you call after 5PM, we may not be able to come out that same day.
If you need anything else at the last minute, please call us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

During your stay

Please do NOT wash white linens and towels with colored items…including beach towels!
Your credit card will be charged for any white linens and towels that are discolored.
If you need additional linens, please call us!

On Your Departure Day

Please place all your dirty linens in the bags or bins they were delivered in.
Be sure to count your linens and make sure you are returning everything.
Please make sure you are not returning your own towels, or the mattress pads.  (yes, it happens!)
Place the bags outside your front door as early as possible, but no later than 9 AM.
If your linens are not ready for pickup when our driver comes to your home after 9:00 AM, your credit card will be charged for an additional Service Charge.
If you need more time, please call us to make arrangements, we will try our best to accomodate you.
Your credit card will be charged replacement value for any linens that are damaged or missing. 
Regular delivery and pickup occur Saturdays between 9 AM and 6 PM. You do not need to be there for delivery or pickup.
Special delivery requests, such as delivery at a specific time, or on a date other than Saturday will incur a minimum $20.00 charge.
The customer is responsible for lost items and excessive damage (other than normal wear and tear).
The customer’s credit card will be charged a replacement cost for missing or damaged items.

 

Service Charges:
A service charge of $20.00 applies to all orders.
Orders placed on the day before or day of delivery are subject to an additional $30 charge and are subject to product availability.
All changes made prior to the delivery date will incur a minimum $15.00 service charge plus any additional rental fees. All Changes are subject to product availability.
