If renting for two or more weeks, without a change of sheets and towels each week,
the additional weeks are priced at 50% of the first week.
If weekly change of sheets and towels is desired, please place separate orders for each week.

On Your Arrival Day
We will deliver your linens any time between 10AM and 6PM.
If no one is at the home, we will leave the linens outside the home in an appropriate location.
If the location is not obvious, we will leave a note or will call you.
If you have any questions, please call the office number and leave a message.
We will return your call as quickly as possible.
Unless you've requested and paid for a specific delivery time, we will not be able to promise any specific time.
However, feel free to call us to find out an approximate time we expect to deliver your items.
Please check your linens right away to make sure you got everything you ordered.
If we have made any mistakes, call us and we will make it right!
If you need anything else at the last minute, please call us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
During your stay
Please do NOT wash white linens and towels with colored items...including beach towels!
Your credit card will be charged for any white linens and towels that are discolored.
If you need additional linens, or if you have laundry that needs washed during your stay, please call us!
On Your Departure Day
Please place all your dirty linens in the bags they were delivered in.
Be sure to count your linens and make sure you are returning everything.
Please make sure you are not returning your own towels (yes, it happens!)
Place the bags outside your front door as early as possible, but no later than 10:00 AM.
If your linens are not ready for pickup when our driver comes to your home after 10:00 AM,
your credit card will be charged for an additional Service Charge.
If you need more time, please call us to make arrangements.
Your credit card will be charged replacement value for any linens that are damaged or missing.
Cancellations will receive 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to delivery.
Regular delivery and pickup occurs Saturdays between 10AM and 6PM. You do not need to be there for delivery or pickup.
Special delivery requests, such as delivery at a specific time, or on date other than Saturday will incure a minimum $10.00 charge.
Customer is responsible for lost items and excessive damage (other than normal wear and tear).
Customers credit card will be charged replacement cost for missing or damaged items.
Service Charges:
*No service charge for order placed more than 14 days in advance for delivery and pickup on Saturdays.
Service charge of $15.00 applies to orders placed within 14 days of delivery and orders delivered or picked up any day other than Saturday.
Orders placed on day of delivery are subject to a $25 service/delivery charge, and are subject to product availability.
All changes made prior to the delivery date will incur a minimum $10.00 service charge plus any additional rental fees. All Changes are subject to product availability.
